As an organization, rather than dignify the above with a needless back and forth, despite the photographs provided which clearly show the alleged damaged upon arrival at our organization, we instead will remain exceptionally comfortable with our collective decision to end this professional relationship permanently.

The damage to my car with absolutely not there and I have a witness that can testify in court if you would like, so please do not lie and say the damage was there. Additionally, your service area is extremely reckless the last year or so, how do you send the car for pick up with the roof rail missing, how do you send a car that you’ve had for almost a month with the trunk motor not properly diagnosed that was the issue rather have me spend money on the struts that did not need to be replaced. Worst level of service and do not take accountability. Is your dealership and this review is 100% honest and accurate. Again the damage was not there. You failed to show me proof when the vehicle initially got there, which was February 2, so once again not an honest dealership as well as a reckless dealership .
