Got a text that my car was ready however I waited for service person to come tell me it was ready and nobody came after waiting for 15 min. I went up to the billing counter and told the girl I got a text service person to come tell me it was ready and nobody came after waiting for 15 min. I went up to the billing counter and told the girl I got a text but she didn’t receive the paperwork yet. She paged the advisor who came running in with my paperwork. The advisor never gave me an assessment of how my car was doing. The girl running the billing counter never said thank you after my transaction and seemed annoyed that she was working. When I went to retrieve my car they did not take the time to pull up my car so it was accessible. It was parked to the side behind another car that was blocking mine so I had to wedge my car out to leave. Also the said they would detail the inside of the car and that was not done as the coffee stains on the console and the rugs in the back were obviously still dirty. I do not think it was because they were busy I think everyone there was not interested in working as it was a Saturday. Funny because in my job I work retail and (on weekends ) and I can tell when people just don’t want to be there. I also own a Honda Civic and I feel like I get better service at a economy car dealer than what I expected from Lexus a luxury brand car dealer. Very disappointing. More
When I arrived they didn’t have my appointment in the book, but I had called two days before hand and scheduled it. I asked that they look at a few things that were wrong, like my cell phone going back book, but I had called two days before hand and scheduled it. I asked that they look at a few things that were wrong, like my cell phone going back and forth from the car to my phone and they said they looked at it and no problem found, but the first first time my phone rang, it did it again. Everything I asked them to check, came back the same. To me I doubt they even checked. Disappointed More
