I bought a used Subaru Forester from this dealership. I asked for a second pair of keys and Mariselo told me that I could easily get a duplicate key for it and no big deal I took his word for it that it I asked for a second pair of keys and Mariselo told me that I could easily get a duplicate key for it and no big deal I took his word for it that it wouldn't be a problem and my lack of knowledge of how to tell between a master key and valet key. I then found out that the sole key that was given to me by the Lexus of Roseville was a Valet key. I contacted Jim Douglas about this issue and was told that the used car department would contact me to iron out this mistake. I could not believe that a dealership like Lexus of Roseville would do something like this to their customers, If you work in a car dealership, you should be able to distinguish between a master key and a valet key and this was not disclosed to me. I will update this review once I hear back from them. More
