I have very happy with my service experience at Lexus of Roseville. My only inconvenience was that the advisor called my husband's number to let us know the car was done instead of my number, which was awkw Roseville. Lexus of Roseville is super thorough when it comes to service. They found items that could have become real problems. We were also able to take advantage of the extended warranty we had purchased with service. They found items that could have become real problems. We were also able to take advantage of the extended warranty we had purchased with the card. I also love getting a loaner, while they service the car. Our service rep, Nelson Rodriguez was prompt, friendly, and ready to answer any questions. Too bad you can only answer yes or no. I have had a mixed experience with Lexus of Roseville. The service department has been great to work with once you are actually at the dealership. BUT, it took me 4 ph experience with Lexus of Roseville. The service department has been great to work with once you are actually at the dealership. BUT, it took me 4 phone calls and 3 times on line with "live chat" to talk to someone. I had a simple question before bringing my car in and just couldn't get anyone to call me back. I was finally lucking to get a phone receptionist to find a service writer in order to get my question answered. Very frustrating! Once I was at the dealership the people are very nice and take good care of you. Can't explain the the communication part though. More
