My appointment was at 8am for a simple oil change. It took a little over 1 hour and 30 minutes to get my keys. Oil change was more expensive than the last time I visited. I was charged $80 just for oil when I can buy 10qts for about half that price, I'm assuming the dealership gets it even cheaper because it's bought in bulk. My car takes a little less than 10qts. A lot has changed since my last visit with staffing and clearly the pricing. Everyone was polite but my overall experience was still very disappointing compared to last time. More
