Mr. Jay (General Manager), you asked for an honest review about my experience with my lease process in July 2021 (last month) with your Roseville Lexus Dealership, California, and my earlier review comments to you is exactly what took place during my leasing process. Hopefully, good lessons could be learned from my honest review by your delaership. You can go ahead and cancel that third party $999.00 KARR Security software and send me the refund. As I insisted multiple times during my leasing process both at the sales negotiation phase, in my emails to your sales agent and at the financial signing sessions, the KARR Security is a total rip off and I do not need it and asked multiple times for it to be removed from my cost. That simple ask wasn't much to ask for, particularly on a piece of a third party software installed by the dealership. May I ask again for you to refund that third party $999 KARR Security software? It is not too late do do that. I know you may have good intentions and you can extend to me that good customer culture you intend to cultivate at your dealership. Thank you, Chris
