Brought the car in for an oil change and found out there was a recall for the fuel pump. Luckily they could do both but didn’t have a grill pump. I’m going to have to pay that to get my car washed since it sat outside over the weekend. The windows were wiped and streaky. However the car of running well and I’m not stalling out somewhere. Sad to say I was very disappointed with my service this time. I have been taking my Lexus RCF here for almost 4 years now. Every time I’ve been here my service rep was familiar with my car, this time they time. I have been taking my Lexus RCF here for almost 4 years now. Every time I’ve been here my service rep was familiar with my car, this time they were not. They told me I was not due for an oil change that it was at 10,000 miles. After really looking it up they confirmed I was due to an oil change because it’s every 5000 miles due to it being a specialty car. I really enjoyed having the same service rep that knew me before, this one knew nothing about me or my vehicle. I was always given a loaner vehicle when I came in for a service, they told me they are under new ownership and they no longer do that. No warning, no call. Definitely screwed up my plans for the day. Needless to say I was attempted to be sold on a few services that I did not need for my vehicle. I friendly declined some services that I felt were unnecessary. Then I waited over two hours for an oil change with a scheduled appointment. More
