Lexus of Roseville

My experience with leasing a 2021 Lexus ES 250 from the Lexus of Roseville dealership is not a pleasant one. It was a real hassle. The dealership forced a $999 KARR Security on me even though I insisted persistently that I did not need it and won't sign for it. There are no vehicles to be found so I had swallow their hook. They are clearly taking advantage of the current vehicle shortage to add unwanted and very expensive non-manufacturer and third party softwares such as the KARR Security that can be easily be deactivated and removed from the cost. I would have walked out from that dealership if vehicles were available at other dealerships. More

Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly from the very start. On top of that all the employees are always asking if you need help with anything and they constantly offer you water on hot days.
