I brought in my car for a smog check. I always make sure that Brent Colley is my service consultant. I’ve had him handle all my service requirements for a number of years. He’s well informed and is able to explain what work needs to be done, what the cost will be. When he quotes a price it’s always the final price and is never increased which I find is good business. When I bring in my car for service, he make sure the tech checks for any problems and explains what was found and why the work needs to be done. I trust him to get the work done right and answer any questions I have. I will continue to make sure he always my service consultant. More

We expected this young man to be knowledgeable of all the "special buttons" in the interior of our Lexus, but my husband, a retired automotive instru We expected this young man to be knowledgeable of all the "special buttons" in the interior of our Lexus, but my husband, a retired automotive instructor, asked him many technical, mechanical-type questions, too. Alex knows his products well! Just as important, in our opinion, are his "people skills." Moving to this area this was my first service visit to this dealership. Once they had an appointment set, they assigned a service advisor whom was on vacation. During the week before service, I attempted this dealership. Once they had an appointment set, they assigned a service advisor whom was on vacation. During the week before service, I attempted to call service and they would only say that my advisor was busy. After a full week and multiple messages, the advisor called me while he was on vacation. I asked my question and was given an answer. On the day of service the advisor was still on vacation. That was the first time , I got to speak to another advisor who was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I learned that the part and cost quote was wrong that I received. It ended up costing more as well as taking a few days to get it installed. The loaner was a good gesture and I appreciate it. During the service, I asked them to check the volume down button on the steering wheel as well. It does not seem to have been done. When I returned to pickup, there was only a cashier available to pay. They are going through major construction so I am not sure if this would be a typical experience. Thank you. More
Joe was super helpful in getting my questions answered when buying a car today. I had been looking for a Lexus specifically in white so was excited when he put it on hold since I was driving from 2 hours when buying a car today. Despite the construction I was greeted and checked in promptly, met with service advisor Brent, given a loaner and on my way! Very friendly staff. Work completed quickly and car washed well.
