Service personnel working directly inside the car were not wearing masks despite request of the customer. I was told masking is not guaranteed due to lack of mandate from the county at a time when case ra not wearing masks despite request of the customer. Service personnel working INSIDE the vehicle SHOULD wear a mask when requested. Inside surfaces of the car were not sanitized. Car wash was out of order. Otherwise service was great and professional.
