The service at the dealership is Ok but the reception part is terrible. It took me almost 1 hour from the point I checked in my car to the point I can leave the dealership with a loaner car. Did not get a very friendly/warm welcome from the team when checking in the car. Then the person who handled the loaner car did it very slowly, he did not care about customer was waiting. During the procedure he even has his smartphone on and reading news!!! The dealership itself is under construction and the waiting lounge is kind of container/temp box and it definitely not a pleasant thing. This situation has been for more than 1 years through my last services. More

Brandon was wonderful today when I brought my car in for service. He called me within an hour to let me know what needed to be repaired, and he called me an hour earlier than expected to say my car was read service.
