I purchased my RX 2015 brand new and service and care have only improved. I feel you guys really care about me as well as my RX. If I send an email to Dave it is answered quickly with great advice. Since my husband passed away your staff has been my go to for questions. The facility enhancements are wonderful and furnished with everything and very comfortable. Now for my experience today - arrived for my 10am appointment and was directed where to pull in and was greeted , signed in and directed to lounge for a cup of coffee- then my wonderful agent Nathasta (love that gal) took me in her office and described in detail what would be done today and we caught up on life events. I said I was going on a trip in a couple of days and she said you need to go shopping and I was given a car and off I went. I stopped at my dentist and To top it off I hade a fabulous lunch and a very wonderful glass of pinot Grigio. Soooo relaxing. Then I received the text from Natasha that my car was ready. Hated to end a wonderful afternoon but went back. You should have seen my beautiful shiny clean car it was beautiful. I was checked out promptly said goodbye to everyone and off I went on my return trip to Vacaville.. home safely and thank you for a wonderful experience. Oh, my car performed outrageously on the trip home. Thanks for everything.. Mary More

Brandon was courteous & informative in answering all my questions regarding the 15,000. mile service scheduled for m his team at Lexus of Roseville. He also provided me the option of a loaner car while my car was being serviced but I chose to wait in the lobby. The snacks were great and the lobby area was very comfortable which made my wait seem short. I have to say that the service I received at your dealership today was excellent.
