Very courteous and timely service. I had an appointment so absolutely no waiting and had a loaner car within 10 minutes. Took my car for 10,000 mile servicing. My car wasn’t vacuumed/cleaned inside and they said no car wash due to rain. They always find a way to add things to my final cost & somehow it’s alw My car wasn’t vacuumed/cleaned inside and they said no car wash due to rain. They always find a way to add things to my final cost & somehow it’s always $500-1000 for regular oil change etc while the quote online when scheduling the appnt is $180-$225. Also cashier this time was very rude, when I asked her if I could start the process for my loner to save time, while I waited for service rep, she very rudely answered that I cannot until they get paperwork. Also paying at the end she made me feel like I’ve stolen somebody’s credit card, when I’m servicing an expensive car and paying a high price to service there. You don’t get treated as a luxury vehicle owner. We used to service at Tom Wood Lexus in Indianapolis & there they treated us very well. More
