Well came to look at a certified L RX 350 there was also another one at Lexus of Sacramento but had a unique color at Roseville and more miles but all the same options at the same one at Lexus of Sacramento another one at Lexus of Sacramento but had a unique color at Roseville and more miles but all the same options at the same one at Lexus of Sacramento but Roseville Lexus was 4 grand higher and has 18,000 more miles. So just went to look and Dan cook came out asking questions and while I was looking at it. Another sales person said named Habib or something came up to me and said are you someone and then Dan cook says he has a appointment for that vehicle and I see Habib get into another car with his appointment. Habib just moved the car so we would think he was going to show it too his customer. But I saw him get into another vehicle with his customer for a test drive. My wife and I thinking what a scam so I figure let’s play. We took it for a test drive and then said thanks for the test drive and then went to Lexus of Sacramento to get the other RX 350 while making cook think we are coming back the next day to get his RX 350. We showed up in Lexus of Sacramento RX350 at the appointment got out and said just wanted to show you we got one with less miles and 4500 less then yours. Thanks for wasting my time and leading us on. Sales staff are not your friend and they install that stupid Karr alarm on all their vehicles. Why would I need to buy a extra alarm when a 2022 RX350 already has a factory alarm. Plus telling me that he only makes the minimum and losing money on the vehicle is total crap. He even checked Lexus of Sacramento and tried to call my bluff trying every trick in the book to sell to us. Don’t waste your time here don’t care your part of some major nationwide auto group or anything. The Lexus certified warranty is good at any Lexus dealer. Miss the days of independent dealers and decent sales people. All they care about is numbers and price. Don’t buy on feelings and you can still make a great deal. Don’t go inside until you agree on a price. Make sure you get your license back after test drive or have them go with you and don’t talk price on the test drive or anything and get your financing in order before you go. You can to a z local credit union or Lexus financial services before you go to save time. Don’t waste your time at Lexus of Roseville go to Lexus of Sacramento where you won’t play games and be lead on by stupid scammy sales staff. I thought I was at a buy here pay here car lot. Samer from Lexus of Roseville was my sales guy. There was no pressure at all he took his time by showing me the suv I liked to purchase. He also explained to me the features of the suv. The paperwork was pretty straight forward and he explained to me what I am signing. During the discharge of the suv he also explained to me the Lexus app, the anti theft included in the car, and he walked me through the new lcd screen. I will definitely come back and ask for Samer if I have any questions, concerns or even purchasing another vehicle. Ask for Samer Farraj I highly recommend him 10/10! More

David Rugg who is the service manager at this dealership promotes poor business practices. Several months ago I had booked an appointment for my RX and my SC for maintenance. The day before the appointment promotes poor business practices. Several months ago I had booked an appointment for my RX and my SC for maintenance. The day before the appointment for my RX, I received a call telling me I was not allowed at the dealership. I had no issues before, so was clueless as to why. When I called they would not tell me why. Well low and behold I know someone who works there and they told me it was because I left a bad review. This was a mistake, because at the time I had only left a five star review. Clearly they had me mistaken. After that I continued to receive texts and calls telling me it’s time to bring my vehicles in for service. How is this possible if I was to never come to the dealership? David Rugg has put in place that anyone who leaves them a poor review can never come to the dealership. This so awful and I’m not sure how this ignorant person has a job still. I will never bring my vehicles to Lexus of Roseville. Poor reviews that people leave are an opportunity for better service practices. What viable business acts on this manner. The Lexus brand is why I have only driven Lexus since I was a young adult, but the people at the dealership are tarnishing the brand. Lexus of Roseville do better! More
They have the best service I have ever seen, I had some problems with my Lexus RX 450h f sport and each time I come here they always fixed all problems and gave me always loaner car at no cost to me.
