I was in press with the dealer they were kind and friendly. I had some bad experiences with some other dealerships. Purchased a 2021 Rav4 in Feb 2023. Alex was great. Provided a lot of info and assistance. He was awesome! The problem was with Finance. Beware when they tell you to keep the tempor Alex was great. Beware when they tell you to keep the temporary finance for 45 days until transferring it to your own credit union or bank. Transfer it asap. Secondly, I called to cancel my Lithia subscription more than 2 weeks ago. Was promised to mail docs for me to sign and still nothing. Called 2 days ago and spoke to Charles in finance to follow up and still nothing! I initially recommended this dealership to coworkers but I got so disappointed I had to warn them about my experience. More
In my opinion, this dealership is going downhill fast. The service advisor I connected with made several mistakes with my appointment, failed to confirm information, and did not respond to emails. Then, they blame you, and the service manager, instead of taking responsibility and apologizing for the experience, tells you to never come back. Beware of buying a Lexus and having to deal with stuck up service people after overpaying for mediocre service and lack of responsibility. More
