(My previous 15 year old van was primitive in regards to electronics etc.) He met with me 2 weeks later to help answer questions I had after reading the Owners manual quick guide which was quite helpful. He showed me some new function in the Lexus that I did not know. He offered to come to my house and help with setting up the Home Link function.
