Lexus of Roseville has always done a great job for me in dealing with all my IS300's service needs. I originally purchased the car from them and I have been happy with the way they have treated me since da dealing with all my IS300's service needs. I originally purchased the car from them and I have been happy with the way they have treated me since day one. I am a student now and those of you who own a Lexus know how expensive it can be. Usually the car costs me roughly $1500 a year to maintain through Lexus, but I have never had a problem that I could even attribute to the dealer. I don't have enough experience to say that LOR is expensive when compared to other Lexus or luxury car dealers but I will say that there have been a couple of times where they mis-diagnosed my car's problem. I had a loaner car (for several extra days) while they tried to find the problem, which of course they eventually did. When it came time to pay the bill and everything was fixed, I was only charged for the original estimate and NONE of the extra work they did. My point here is that they stuck to their original estimate and didn't charge me one penny more, despite a significant cost of labor and parts to the dealership. As long as I have a Lexus and live near Roseville, LOR will be the place I take my Lexus. More
