Vargo not only did a great job during the sales process but also went out of his way when I discovered my wife drove off in the new car with the keys to my car. This is the only car dealership I will go to. They have always been customer focused! At the time I booked my appointment, I discovered I had a conflicting doctor appointment in the same area. When I called back, the young lady who answered the phone reviewed their time schedule, & was able to assure me they would have a "loaner car" ready for me so I would not have to reschedule either appointment. Neither of these appointments were in the city where I live, & both were important &/or very necessary. Everything was seamless, all the employees were gracious, & the morning went like clockwork.
