Regarding our recent purchase with this dealer and the overall buying experience, we are extremely disappointed with Lexus of Roseville due to the profound lack of communication we encountered while tryin overall buying experience, we are extremely disappointed with Lexus of Roseville due to the profound lack of communication we encountered while trying to make this deal happen, and that is not all. The car we purchased after thorough research of its history, was delivered with a transmission issue that was completely overlooked and we have received almost no communication once again regarding the repairs our new car needed. After the "delivery" of our vehicle, we realized within a few minutes of driving there was something wrong with the transmission. The acceleration from stop to 40mph had a stutter and a rough feel all of which worsened significantly on the drive home. We had our certified dealer perform a full inspection and quickly found that there was a nationwide service bulletin for this car regarding an upgrade to the transmission software and on further investigation, they found the transmission fluid to be dark in color and burned requiring an extended transmission fluid flush. All of this resulted in $845 of necessary repairs that we had to pay for only days after buying this van from this dealer. We have asked that they reimburse us for this cost, with no response. I would never do business with this dealer or Lexus for that matter after this experience. More
