All associates were pleasant and courteous! We were told when making the appointment it may take an hour. When we arrived at the dealership, we were told it would take up to an hour and a hal We were told when making the appointment it may take an hour. When we arrived at the dealership, we were told it would take up to an hour and a half. After all was done, it took less than an hour, and that included a gas fill up, plus a car wash. What a deal! There was no charge for this appointment for us to have our second key fob programmed to our car. It was nice to chat with Scott Silverman (who originally sold our car to us in October) while we waited for our car. Snacks were great, too. More
