Sorin was very responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. He responded to all of our texts promptly and helped us find the car we wanted without having to special order it savings us 2 to 4 months wait time. Even after we drove off the dealership in our new TX350, he kept in touch to make sure that everything was fine and to check with us to see if we had any questions. The Service Department has such poor customer service compared to the Sacramento location. You can tell they are under two completely different management teams. My check engine light came on again 5 compared to the Sacramento location. You can tell they are under two completely different management teams. My check engine light came on again 5 days after they cleared a previous code. I called on Tuesday to ask if I'd be charged another diagnostic fee if I took it back there, receptionist said she'll have the service advisor call me back, and she has not called me as of Friday. Either way, I took my car to the Sac location after the check engine light came on but I think this is telling of the level of service Roseville provides. I've had my car for 4.5 years now and I've always experienced better service at the Sacramento location. For example, one time I wasn't happy with one thing, the Sacramento advisor empathized and said he will work with his manager before calling me with an update. Earlier this month, I wasn't thrilled with one fee Roseville charged me, the (same) advisor essentially said oh well I can talk to the manager and she'll have him call me. The manager did not call. Every time I've come to Roseville there have been small instances like these. I purchased my car in Sac but have used both locations for maintenance. This review is obviously not intended for the sales staff at Roseville but if you are choosing between the two dealerships in the area, I would still recommend going to the Sacramento dealership instead. More
