I have always had great service at Roseville Lexus. I was there for the 100K service. However I was not very happy with the car wash. They didn’t even do the windshield, especially on the inside and th I was there for the 100K service. However I was not very happy with the car wash. They didn’t even do the windshield, especially on the inside and they didn’t do the transom piece where you enter the car. It had some heavy black shoe marks. As usual the people I dealt with including Dave Rugg and a young woman, Mara, were both the very best. Minor thing but the fancy new coffee machine apparently doesn’t have decaf, bummer. Many thanks for allowing me to keep the loaner while I visited my sister in Santa Cruz who has cancer. More
