Our salesman Mariselo Armenta was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as we went through the purchasing process. It was a very pleasant experience and enjoyable. (My previous 15 year old van was primitive in regards to electronics etc.) He met with me 2 weeks later to help answer questions I had after reading the Owners manual quick guide which was quite helpful. He showed me some new function in the Lexus that I did not know. He offered to come to my house and help with setting up the Home Link function. Luckily after replacing the hand control with a new battery the Home Link I have a feeling I will still be learning more about this Lexus RX in the coming days Tristan Regnani the manager was helpful with paper work and helping us to get a good deal!
