They made me feel good! I bought my first Lexus NX back in 2015 from Lexus of Riverside. The experience was easy with no stress. After 3 years, I wanted a 2019 ES 300h base I bought my first Lexus NX back in 2015 from Lexus of Riverside. The experience was easy with no stress. After 3 years, I wanted a 2019 ES 300h base model, which is rare to find as most of 2019 ES Hybrid comes with more options/$$$. Plus this car just came out a few months ago. I submitted a request through Costco Auto Program a few months ago and I got assigned to work with their internet Sales Consultant, Jake Schanback. They got a right person for me! He was the reason I kept coming back to Lexus of Riverside this time, after visited to Crown Lexus in Ontario (once for a few minutes. I knew this dealer/salesperson was not the right for me.) and Lexus Santa Monica (twice, typical car dealer - wants to get rid of what they have in stock, not what I wanted.). Jake from Lexus of Riverside was very helpful and not pushy at all. I am pretty sure I wasn't easy customer as I had to ask him so many different options and scenarios during the course of last few months. He was very patient and found exactly what I wanted in the end. I met him once for a test drive and communicated back and forth via e-mails, then I saw him again when I picked up my new car. This style of car purchaing experience worked really well for me. Their finance director, Lisa Hamilton was awesome. She helped me once in the past when I first purchased my NX from them and helped me again yesterday when I finally got the 2019 ES 300h base model. She was clear and very helpful for me to get the great deal. She made the paper signing process to be efficient and less painful. I will definitely come back to this dealership and recommend these 2 folks to my friends if they are looking for Lexus vehicles in the future. Big thank you to Jake and Lisa! More

The service group is also outstanding. I have been doing business with John Gardner since my introduction to Lexus of Riverside. Even with hundreds of clients, he knows me, always takes time (between cars) to say 'hi' when I'm in for service, and, like yesterday, doesn't try to sell me something I don't want. I called him in advance, made an appointment and they had my choices ready when I arrived. John was ready, he had a salesperson ready for me and, Ray, his finance manager was efficient and very accommodating. Overall, great experience! More
