I told him what car I wanted, what color I wanted and what payment ballpark I wanted. He came through on all requests. I purchased a 2015 Lexus IS 250 that day. I loved it so much that when then time came I contacted Garth again, and again, he met all my requests and I purchased a 2018 Lexus IS 300, not to mention how much fun I have during the process. Everyone at Lexus is very friendly and eager to please. I have also found all my servicing visits to be a good experience as well.
