The Lexus GX460 was the best fit for us, and frankly, even though the other vehicles we drove were nice, the Lexus was a cut above. You can tell that it's a rugged, substantial "real" SUV (with real 4WD instead of AWD -- there IS a difference), but the ride and comfort and luxury make it feel like our magic carpet.It's also a very roomy vehicle, so our English Mastiffs will like it, and the list of standard features blew us away. The fact that they were able to get us into this vehicle at a monthly rate we could afford was the final great thing Lexus of Riverside did for us! And, if you've never been to a Lexus showroom, you owe it to yourself to visit one. It's like the Nordstrom's of showrooms, and it was a very Zen-like and pleasurable place to be. More

I had a recall fixed and had some major warning lights diagnosed. Because my CT200h is out of warranty, I was so afraid of what the cost was going to be. First time new car The wife and I stopped just to take a look around. The salesman (Mel) greeted us and was friendly and helpful. We live long distance away from the dealership and the wife being an inexperienced driver, combined with the time of night, Mel quickly volunteered to deliver the vehicle without any issues. The vehicle drives like a dream and the wife loves it. More

Keep in mind also that when I went to go look at my vehicle it was late at night and their service and it was already closed so my vehicle was not able to be checked at that moment in time. I was told that I was going to be set up with an appointment so that my vehicle would be able to be checked I never received that Call for that appointment. Now it’s a couple months later and it’s time for my first oil change and I’m still having the same issue I advise my service advisor when I go in for my first all change that my car might need an alignment. He advises me and lets me know that my staggered tires have been installed on the same side keep in mind these are also directional tires so this would of course uneven wear. He advises me that the issue has been fixed. Couple months later I’m now going to get my second or change Approximately 6000 miles later And now I am advise that I need new tires on the same tires they had installed incorrectly they tell me that the inside of my tires are showing wires already tires only have about 12000 on them. Now I have to fork out 700 dollars for two tires in a car that I’ve had for 8 months and tired that only have 12000 miles on them. From looking at the tires there’s not even wear on them the tire wear is all on the inside which is being caused by a camber issue. When I came in for my first oil change I ask for an alignment check but that wasn’t done Because they saw the mistake that made on the tires and assumed that fix issue. Neglect from this dealerships service department no gonna cost me more money and time then it should. More

He was very informative and answered all my questions about the features of my car. Everyone I met there was very helpful and knowledgeable. I live quite away from Riverside but I would definitely come back to Lexus of Riverside if I was to purchase another Lexus. More
