Have purchased 2 vehicles at this dealership and have had good experiences. My vehicle had a routine tune up which was finished at the time promised. Scheduling was a snap and Service rep Brian Lachenmeier w good experiences. My vehicle had a routine tune up which was finished at the time promised. Scheduling was a snap and Service rep Brian Lachenmeier was terrific - professional, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly. I’d give him ten stars if I could. He made a potentially stressful situation a pleasant experience. More
I would give this dealer a 5-star; however, the sales rep at the time of purchase 8 years ago was rude, haughty and an hour late in delivering my car, showing a lack of respect towards me. However, I believe at the time of purchase 8 years ago was rude, haughty and an hour late in delivering my car, showing a lack of respect towards me. However, I believe I got a fair deal for the car, and I’ve always had very good service from the Service Department, including valet service and loaner cars when I had the need. The friendly staff always goes above. More
Salesman Andrew at Lexus of Portland was worth 6 stars, but I can't say the same for manager Hugo (who we never met). This particular manager stiffed us of $2,400 on our trade in, justifying it by claimin but I can't say the same for manager Hugo (who we never met). This particular manager stiffed us of $2,400 on our trade in, justifying it by claiming there was a problem with a tire. Our car had a full dealer service history, and the tires were still under warranty and in fantastic shape as was confirmed by the recent service report from Honda. He eventually climbed down a bit but still quibbled over $150 dollars on a car with pqckage we were purchasing of over $30,000. He also told us what I thought was most unlikely, saying our car would be sold on the Lexus lot, but no way would a prestigious Lexus dealership tight for space would offer a 2013 Honda C-RV, it would no doubt be sent off to auction. Overall, I can't praise Andrew the Salesman enough, excellent service from him, but the manager needs to go on a customer relations course and some education on how NOT to conduct oneself, and to come and meet the customers when there's a problem and smooth it out professionally, not use his salesman as the 'hit man' . ****** for Andrew * for manager.
