After visiting several dealerships over a months time shopping for the right car, my wife and I strolled onto the Lexus of Portland lot to look at the 2010 IS250,it was raining and our salesman came to u shopping for the right car, my wife and I strolled onto the Lexus of Portland lot to look at the 2010 IS250,it was raining and our salesman came to us with a very oversized umbrella to shield us from further getting drenched. We both thought that this act of genuine kindness was extrordinary to say the least. He further started to explain the fine amenities of the car thoroughly.I have to say,we took a test drive, and explained to him we don't just make rash decisions,and that we needed time to think and explore other options. As we took a drive,we immediately made a U-turn, because we felt very good about how we were treated. As we walked onto the showroom floor he greeted us, and asked if he could get us anything to drink,water,soda,ect. I have to say our experience with the salesman(ED) was awesome, no high pressure,very professional,with a calming demeaner.We are very impressed with how easy it was. He explained to us how much money we would be saving by going with their financing,opposed to the credit union that I was going to use. Having being a frequent buyer of cars throughout the years, I have to say this has been the very best. More
