Looking at a new Lexus was depressing as they were very expensive and not a great deal different from the one I owned. That brought me to considering a pre-owned car. What a delight it was to find a 2009 Lexus that fit the bill completely. Tuan was very helpful and showed us other used Lexus cars as well, we felt he was very knowledgable about Lexus cars and translated things I did not understand with endless patients. Everyone at Lexus of Portland has been incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. This includes the service department wbich is often the weak place in many dealerships.
