Working with Bergen was great. From the moment we called in to inquire about a certain vehicle she was very prepared for us once we made it out to the dealership. When we asked questions she didn't know the answer to she got the manual out and found it for us. We felt she was very honest and genuine and not pushy at all. Really liked the fact that she was the only person we worked with. Other dealers bring in other associates and then a "closer" or "deal maker" which we haven't liked. Deal making process went very quick and smooth. Our only negative was that it wasn't as enjoyable dealing with the finance lady, Debra. She was pleasant but did not go out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Rather the mood in the office was somber and depressing rather than exciting since we were purchasing a really great car. More

When he didn't know the answer, he didn't pretend to know it. I have been working in sales for the last 10 years and I have to say he did all the right things to gain my trust, and I am very cautious when it comes to car sales people, because I know the trade from inside. He looked for the vehicles that met our needs, and didn't push us to something else when we first left the dealer. We came back next day to check a different vehicle because of him, the one we ended up buying. A+ in customer satisfaction. More

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Lexus of Portland, and are pleased with our experience. He was able to answer most of the questions we had about the vehicle, and when he didn’t know, he found out quickly from someone who did. When we informed him that we were visiting other dealers that day and left, he handed us his card and simply said “I would like to sell you a vehicle, give me a call if I can help.” No pressure to keep us there or to show us other vehicles. After looking at a few other dealers, it was apparent to us that the vehicle at Lexus was advertised for a very reasonable price, and we liked the low pressure atmosphere. We called Dick back, and we came to an agreed price quickly and painlessly. We’ve had the vehicle for two weeks now, and have no buyer’s remorse.
