It was a pleasure to do business with Morgan. Our visit with Morgan was actually our 2nd trip to the dealer. The 1st trip the prior week was not successful. Morgan greeted us as soon as we came into the showroom. After introductions, we told him we didn't know a whole lot about Lexus. He immediately put us at ease and explained the different Lexus models. We were only interested in a used Lexus. He didn't try to hand us off to another salesperson as some dealers do. He had a complete listing of all used cars at his fingertips. We quickly gave him some of our parameters and we found a car to test drive within minutes. I mentioned to my wife, that the test drive was even better than others that I had experienced. It was unusually long. However, it gave me a true sense of the cars ability and showcased it's many technological features. It sold me on the car! From there it continued to be a surprisingly stress free car buying experience. From negotiation to completing the deal, Morgan handled us in a professional, easy manner that made us comfortable with the process. We would definitely consider coming back to this dealership for another car purchase in the future. More

We had a GREAT experience from day one. Tuan went above and beyond his call of duty to ensure we left happy!! We looked and drove 2 used vehicles. We were impressed with both. Chose Toyota 4Runner. Had to negotiate price a bit, but they ended up accepting our offer once we said "no" to counter. Detailing of rig was acceptable, but I would not say fantastic. We think they had just got rig on lot, since we found Oreo Cookie package in glove box when we drove it. Stale tho...LOL! Experience with Daniel in sales, and Eileen in financing was good...they were great to work with. Daniel asked at the end if there was anything else he could/should have done to improve our experience, and I told him that I would have liked a banana. When I showed up the next day, he promptly gave me one! We were not even considering stopping by the Lexus dealership, but I saw the Toyota 4Runner and Lexus RX300 on the internet, so we stopped by to check them out. Otherwise we wouldn't have stopped there, but we are glad we did. We had questions about the service, and he took me out and introduced me to the service manager the next day. I was pleasantly surprised about how much information he knew about the Toyota, since it wasn't his home brand. Overall we spent more than we had intended, but felt that the rig we bought was worth it. More

We came into Lexus of Portland with the intention of "just looking" at an IS 250 but knowing that it was a car we were interested in. We were unsure if we would be able to make the deal work with our trade in but Morgan was upfront and helped to get us what we needed so we could make it happen. "just looking" turned into me driving away in my "new" certified used lexus! I could not be happier! I was very impressed with the service we received and with Morgan's knowledge of the vehicle. I will definately recommend Lexus of Portland and specifically Morgan to my friends and family. More
