All purchases were with a good experience. The latest car was a 2010 rx450h which was a lease return with very low miles. Our salesperson was Morgan who was very dilegent and knowledgable. He seemed to have every answer to the questions we would have. When we were closing the deal with my trade towards the purchase we were miles apart in difference but he kept plugging away till we came up with the right difference we could both agree on. Morgan has the utmost of integrity and we will definately be working with him again in the future!!! More

This was an amazing experience to purchase a car through Lexus of Portland. I loved the atmosphere, everyone was friendly and came across as loving their job. Having found the vehicle I was interested in online I contacted the internet department. Morgan made the contact back with me very timely and in a welcoming manner. Morgan answered any questions I had and then, on his own initiative, took the time to provide me a personalized video tour of the vehicle. He did appropriate email and telephone follow up with me but I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Because of Morgan's approach I felt I could trust him and ultimately committed to purchase the car without seeing or driving it. Since I was planning a trip by plane with my elderly mother to/from California which included a layover in Portland it was decided I'd get the car at that time. Morgan met my mother and me at the airport and took excellent care of us as we closed the deal (completed paperwork) and purchased the vehicle. Through the whole process Morgan was professional, friendly and took care of all details. This was probably the best auto purchasing experience I have had in my life and I have purchased somewhere between 20 and 30 vehicles.
