The overall experience in Lexus of Portland was very good. Especially Tuan Tran was very helpful in assessing our needs and he is such a nice man. Tuan introduced me to Lexus of Portland for the first time. I was very impressed with the 2011 lineup. Tuan was very good about asking me questions about my transporation needs over pushing a specific ve time. I was very impressed with the 2011 lineup. Warning . . . it is so quiet that you have to look at the dash to verify that you are "on". The battery was 3/4 full when we started the trip and when we were done the battery was fully charged, so the gas portion takes care of the battery. I have a Duramax truck that I drive, so it is extremely quiet getting in the 2011 RX. Service is also important. Tuan gave me a tour of the dealership. The service drop off floor area is as clean as someone's kitchen. I don't know how they keep the oil off the floor from the used cars that are serviced, but it is first class. (Maybe a Lexus doesn't leak oil . . . who knows.) Anyway thanks, Tuan, for your great service. I will be thinking of you if/when I am seriously considering a luxury car. - Thank you! More
