We keep our cars as long as possible, so it's been almost 15 years since either of us has been to a dealership. There was a world of new technology (as you can imagine), but he showed us the basics and made us feel confident in our abilities to operate the new car. He treated us kindly and I trusted him; never felt rushed or pressured. Donna did a good job on explaining the options for warranty and protection; and Jeff also was able to set us up on the app and teach us about the touchscreen options. Overall, we were there for a little over 3 hours on our pickup, which seems light years faster than my previous car purchase experiences, or maybe the time just went by faster because it was such a relaxed experience, which I appreciate!
