This is probably the most fun car shopping experience that we ever had--and this was our first Lexus. I think Kory has sincerely shown that and what even more impressed me was he took pride in doing so. I recalled: my wife and I could not drive our rx 400h home on the same day b/c our 2 year old daughter for some reasons did not want to sit by herself on the back seat, Kory personally delivered the car on the next day for us with a smile! We appreciated his professionalism, friendliness and addressing all our questions/concerns. In January, my husband and I attended the Portland Auto Show for the first time just to make the car comparison process a tad easier. We hadn't bought a car for 7 years, and even that car was used. Yesterday, we decided to get serious and start looking. We first visited a Hyundai lot and left before we got "stuck" test driving a car. Our next stop was Lexus of Portland. From the moment we walked into the showroom to the moment we drove our brand new ES 350 away, we felt like we were in the right place. Every single Lexus team member, especially our Sales Consultant Tuan Tran made us feel sincerely special. Every single question was answered with kindness and patience. We saw our car in the showroom, and the next thing I know we're test driving the most amazing ES 350. Daniel offered to watch our children at the store while so we could take a test drive, which we declined but the gesture was very nice. The whole team was friendly and professional. The dealership is clean and organized and offer quality new and used products. They also have a 48 hour return policy on used inventory, which is reassuring.
