Initially, we went there to have our IS-250 serviced, which they did in a most efficient & timely manner. However, we drove off the lot in a "new-to-us" used IS-250. Our Sales Consultant, Tuan Tran was which they did in a most efficient & timely manner. However, we drove off the lot in a "new-to-us" used IS-250. Our Sales Consultant, Tuan Tran was the consumate professional. He is very knowledgeable, informative and thoroughly explained the "exchange" process. I had been looking for a very specific and rare vehicle for a number of months, and finally found it...2,200 miles away at Lexus of Portland (I live on the other side of the country in in Virginia). Ryon Johnson was the Sales Representative that helped me, and he went to great lengths to send photos, Carfax report, answer my many questions information, and everything possible to make me feel comfortable purchasing a car "sight-unseen." While I had to arrange for shipping myself, Ryon helped orchestrate pick-up and stayed in frequent contact during the purchase/transit process and touched-base to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. I would gladly trust Ryon for future purchases, and highly recommend him to any friends and colleagues! More
My experience has been wonderful!! I came in on a fact finding trip and Ryon took hours with my husband and I answering questions, showing us different cars and features, and test driving several cars. Not once did he make us feel rushed and I had told him I not even buying a car that day. I did end up buying a car and he has taken very good care of us the whole way through and continues to touch base with us after 6 weeks. This kind of service I have never had anywhere ever! I couldn't be more pleased with Ryon or the dealership. Every single person we have talked to has been friendly and helpful- everyone! Awesome place!! More

The dealership as a whole was friendly and helpful. As I waited to get a cup of coffee the employee in front of me offered to let me take his cup from the machine. We were offered fruit, water, etc.... and I would say the staff all seemed to be in a good mood, eager to help each other and eager to help any customer with anything - without regard to who had "the sale."
