We started the car shopping experience back in Janurary, so we had it narrowed down to what we wanted. We saw a Honda Odyssey van online at the Lexus dealership. I called the dealership and was quickly patched through to Ryon. Ryon asked us if we wanted to schedule an appointment and we did. After a terrible morning of dealing with car lots on the east side, and having salesman run after us, and try to talk us into vehicles that we didn't want we hesitantly decided to go across town to the Lexus dealership. Upon arrival we noticed the van we saw on the internet parked up front and ready for our viewing. It was nice to see that we didn't have to tramps all over the lot looking for the vehicle that is was ready to go. Ryon was very proffessional with us and did NOT pressure us at all to buy. He treated us like we were buying a 40,000.00 dollar car! My kids loved the free donuts and the kid area, made it very non stressful during the signing process. We have never been so impressed with a dealership as nice as yours. A big thankyou to Ryon Johnson for making this long dreadful experience that we had a wonderful car buying experience!
