My Lexus SUV owed more than it was worth and financial circumstances forced me Duy Dang was my sales consultant and he had a tough problem to solve. My Lexus SUV owed more than it was worth and financial circumstances forced me to get into a smaller less expensive car. Duy figured it all out, got me a fabulous new sedan on a lease and I paid $500 less than I was with my previous automobile. Duy was so caring and positive and really cared about my situation! Duy Dang have to work hard to place the 2016 RX on hold for 48hrs when it arrive at the dealer. How ever, the RX not even arrive yet and other sale try to sale the car that Duy Dang put on hold for me. It bad for business when Duy have to fight over a car with other sale man for me. If it weren't for Duy, I would try to buy from other places. I gave Duy a Five star. More

We discussed pricing and they made me a fair price proposal. The situation ended up with me not acting on the car of choice fast enough and it went to a different buyer.
