We set up an appointment via email and then I arrived at their showroom the next day. After driving the 2012 VW GLI, I fell in love with it. She was super helpful in helping me through a decision for buying a new car as opposed to a used one, and even though the dealership might have made more money selling new, she had my best interest in mind and that solidified my trust with her and Lexus. Overall the best car buying experience ever! More

Lots of promises - zero follow through I selected a car to purchase and made arrangements to return the next day to pick it up. I asked the sales person, David Marshall to send me the vehi I selected a car to purchase and made arrangements to return the next day to pick it up. I asked the sales person, David Marshall to send me the vehicle inspection report, the Autocheck report, to check about a towing package, find out how many keys the vehicle had etc. I was a cash buyer and followed up with a text about how to transfer the money or if I could write a check - how they would like me to pay. I kept waiting for the documents but they did not come in. We talked after I left the dealership and then I waited and waited for the documents I had requested. At 7pm that night I got a call saying the car had been sold? xxx! My follow up calls have gone completely unanswered. A dream turned nightmare I went in for a pre-owned "K-Certified" Infiniti FX35 I had been told went through a 156 point inspection. When I took it to MY mechanic for a pre-pur I went in for a pre-owned "K-Certified" Infiniti FX35 I had been told went through a 156 point inspection. When I took it to MY mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection (which they told me was unnecessary due to their inspection), this car failed miserably. It needed not only basics like air filters (filthy!) and radiator hoses, wiper blades, front and rear struts, but the fluids were all filthy and smelly and the transmission sparkles in the fluid indicating the transmission is going to go. Also leaking power steering fluid, Fuel Injection service needed, and a Differential about to blow. This car needs about 8k of work. Thank God I had this service performed because there is no way this car would pass a 156 point inspection with all these things wrong. They took the car back and said "oh." Should I trust them again? Would you? More

HAD to buy a new car Our car was totaled & Kuni had a 2015 Jeep Cherokee for $4,000 less than CarMax, so we jumped at the opportunity to get it!! SO sweet & he really went above and beyond to help us out!!! We didn't have to haggle over the price, especially since the vehicle was LESS than what we planned on paying!!!! I will send everyone I know to Kuni Lexus to buy a car from Duy!!! New or used.....he is so sweet and makes your experience that much more pleasant!!! We also signed papers with Bianca Nguyen, one of the finance managers. She found us a better rate with their in house financing, but she didn't pressure us one bit about purchasing GAP insurance or an extra warranty. When we have to buy another car, we will be going back to Kuni Lexus to see Duy Dang & Bianca Nguyen!!! I don't care to go anywhere else!!!! Thank you both SO much!!!! We LOVE our car!!!!! More
