It was disappointed and confused that we got rejected @ pdx dealership yesterday . We walked in at 3pm, immediately were told no sales available to assist us cause we didn’t make the appointment ( No sugge pdx dealership yesterday . Understand it’s the special moment that limits the employees to work, it’s not the salesperson but the Lexus leadership doesn’t support their employees so lead this disappointment to their customers! We are the Loyalty customers own 3rd Lexus, was going to purchase the 4th one. More

Just picked up my 3rd Lexus from Kuni I would like to comment on my recent purchase of a 2017 RX 350, my 3rd Lexus purchased from Kuni Lexus. Most of the transaction was accomplished over I would like to comment on my recent purchase of a 2017 RX 350, my 3rd Lexus purchased from Kuni Lexus. Most of the transaction was accomplished over the internet, messaging, and e-mail with Jeneva Keller. I just want to complement Jeneva for providing the outstanding service that I received through out the days that we worked to make my purchase happen. Jeneva was knowledgeable, prompt, and helpful in making everything happen as it should. She reinforced my confidence that I have built through the years that I have dealt with Kuni Lexus. That confidence enabled me to purchase my RX while not even seeing it until I took delivery where it was everything I expected. Thanks to Jeneva and to Kuni Lexus for the service provided. I shall surely be back to maintain my RX as I know it will be. More

The Kuni experience was great to me. Great Ed, another salesman, helped to get the SUV we wanted available in a pinch. They all worked at a team, from sales manager Hugo Moguel, to Ed Kantola, to the perfect Nicole, it was a pleasure. I'll be back to buy from them again. I'm also going to bring them some wine. To the salesman my friend was dealing with on my behalf regarding a sale of a GX470. You confirmed and agreed upon price via phone and stated it was agreed upon by "Hugo" your manager. I booked a flight to arrive at the dealership promptly at open today. You must be aware I was paying for a last minute nonrefundable, overpriced ticket during the holiday travel for one way. Then while boarding my flight I get told via text that the same manager "Hugo" who agreed to the deal had sold the vehicle (I guess between 10pm and 5am the night before). i didn't realize you were still open. Thank GOD we didn't run my credit card like discussed. So, ofcourse I was stranded in Portland when the flight landed without a means of transportation home. No problem for you! Guess what!! These respectible salesman especially this upstanding so called manager didn't even have the common courtesy to speak with me over the phone. MY MISTAKE I THOUGHT I WAS DEALING WITH SOMEONE WHO HAD INTEGRITY! WHAT A CRAPPY WAY TO DO BUISNESS!!! How can you expect to have customers feel like they aren't being lied to? I will make sure every person that will listen is aware of this manipulative experience. You and your so called respectful staff need to take a lesson in customer service. Bare minimum a call, a offer to come look at something else, THE MANAGER making it right should have been done. NO POTENTIAL BUYER SHOULD HAVE THIS HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. Poor finance department service My wife and I recently purchased a certified used 2019 RX 350 sport which is a great vehicle and we are happy with. My experience was that er purchaed a 2013 RX 350 from them three years ago, I negated a cash purchase price on the phone went down fro a test drive said it is a deal I brought our vehicle down for them to access for a trade in was at the dealership for a couple hours. Made an appt. for two days to pay cash for the vehicle and possibly trade ours in. During this transaction they insisted on getting my wife's social security number. I told them repeatedly that this was a cash transaction to no avail. So now somewhere is yje following information. Who we are , where we live all our drivers license information a copy of doth of our WA drivers license ID's and my wife's social security number. On a cash transaction they do not need all of this and I have no idea how they guard this information.. I paid a thousand doolar down payment on the car which they forgot to credit when I brought that to their attention the next day they said they would mail it out first thing, called today and what do you know they are sending it out today. This dealership needs to tighten things up. Gave four stars because we like our new vehicle. More

The cars I have been interested in looking at have been available and in impeccable condition. Their record keeping is accurate and I have been treated as a valued acquaintance. The service dept is clean, efficient and has been available to my family, even on weekends. Loaner cars are always available and I am typically in/out within 10-15min. Much better than the BMW, Audi, Cadillac dealers I have previously interacted with. Never going back to them. More
