I contacted Kuni Lexus if Portland after a lady pulled out in front of me & my drink caused damage to the wiring of my screen. I was assigned a personal representative who worked with me from start to fin out in front of me & my drink caused damage to the wiring of my screen. I was able to text with her, got updates daily, they were able to give me a loaner & had my car back to me days before we anticipated. Everything was so easy & the staff were so friendly & professional. I felt like a valued customer & not just another number being pushed out. I was sent links for videos I could watch when the Svc. guy inspected my vehicle & given honest recommendations. My baby was detailed w/a full tank of gas & I even got some chocolates! I’m so grateful they were there to help me under such stressful times & it validated my purchase from them as well. Thank you to everyone at Kuni Lexus! I appreciate you very much. <3 More

I had a verbal deal to buy an RX350, I was literally at Carmax selling my current car and then going to Kuni to buy the new car when the salesman phoned me to say he just sold the car.
