I came to Kuni lexus to install the alternator for my Lexus RX 330 and they end up damaging my radiator. I didn’t know the radiator was damage when they replaced the alternator. When I was driving with m Lexus RX 330 and they end up damaging my radiator. I didn’t know the radiator was damage when they replaced the alternator. When I was driving with my grand children the light came on I didn’t know why to see there no radiator fluid in the radiator. Then I took my car to Kuni they said, I have replaced my radiator ,gasket cylinder total came to $2097.60. I know I didn’t need to change the radiator because I did a full service in middle 2018 with Lexus in SM in CA. I always went SM in CA from time my car was purchased never had any problems with my car or their service and I trust them. I was not able to go to CA because of COVID , so didn’t have choices but, to take my car to Kuni. Then the last year August 02 2021 went for simple oil change and I took my oil with me and I told them, that I brought my own oil not to put any other oil in to my car. They put their own oil not the oil I gave them. There was reason for me to bring the oil because this is the only I have been putting in to my car since the car was purchased. I was very angry and up set I had take the car to Kuni the guy said, no problem I will change it back but, it didn’t happened because the car was brought back less than 15 minutes. I got the oil changed to original oil when they drain the oil it was not the oil I gave them. Long story short I won’t trust Kuni ever again that was the 3rd they broke my trust. More
