I don’t know how they did it, but they went out of their way to find a big bow and loan it to us for my brother (since the car was for him). The service is always good. I have owned a Lexus since 2001, but the last time I went in, one of the employees came up to me and said I needed new tires. He gave me a sheet I have owned a Lexus since 2001, but the last time I went in, one of the employees came up to me and said I needed new tires. He gave me a sheet of paper that stated the price for the Michelin Crossclimate 2 A/W BSW tires. He said that they do a price comparison with Les Schwab and Costco and their price is the same. I ended up getting the exact same tires from Costco for $505.00 less. DO NOT BUY YOUR TIRES TROUGH LEXUS OF PORTLAND!!! More
We have 2 Lexus’. We always come here. But the service we received was atrocious. I can’t believe my husband waited until the end to tell me. I would have had the RXh We always come here. I would have had the RXh towed from there, unfixed, as I would not have wanted to give 3k after the way he was treated whether the rig needed the work or not. We have another car and a truck to use. Just because of the experience with Garrett I would have left. This is exactly why I deal with Jen! We also were Just getting ready to bring the other car in for regular service. I don’t know now. Maybe I’ll go to Toyota because this has become ridiculously elite when the service guy wants to come across as superior. gosh, I hope it’s not because my husband is black that he acted this way! Trying to guilt him into AFFORDING the repair can’t make it happen. He had no idea what is going on with us right now-that we had a leak and the first Floor flooded, central air had an issue, roof didn’t like last wind storm. People have a lot going on we don’t need a service person trying to make life more difficult. We’ll just pull it in the garage until we can figure out what’s next and where to go where the level of service doesn’t make you feel like crap More
