This was, without question, the BEST car-buying experience I've ever had! I arrived at the dealership around 10:45 a.m. and met Rick Rose. Within minutes, it was obvious that Rick had prepared b experience I've ever had! I arrived at the dealership around 10:45 a.m. and met Rick Rose. Within minutes, it was obvious that Rick had prepared before I even walked through the door. He knew I had purchased an RX 350h two years earlier, understood that I already knew the vehicle inside and out, and immediately adjusted his approach. Instead of putting me through the typical sales pitch, he respected my time and got right to business. Within minutes, he had identified exactly the vehicle I wanted and brought it up front. The car had literally just come off the transport truck—it hadn't even been inspected yet and was still wrapped in factory protective plastic! Yet Rick was already several steps ahead, making sure everything moved as quickly as possible. By about 1:00 p.m., all of the paperwork was complete. I was told the vehicle would likely be ready by the end of the day. I left the dealership and went to lunch. To my surprise, Rick personally called me at 2:45 p.m. to let me know the car would be ready for pickup at 3:00 p.m. Less than five hours after arriving at the dealership, I was driving home in my brand-new Lexus. The negotiation was refreshingly simple and honest. There was no pressure, no games, and no endless trips back and forth to "talk to the manager." Rick worked with me professionally, gave me the trade-in value I was looking for, and made the entire transaction straightforward and transparent. What truly sets Rick apart is his ability to read his customers. He knows when to educate, when to explain, and when to simply get out of the way. He covered everything that was important without wasting time on information he knew I already understood. That level of professionalism, preparation, and respect for a customer's time is incredibly rare.
