The general sales manager Bill Morton, the sales consultant Thom Van, and product delivery specialist Jenessa Koehl all contributed to my ultimate car shopping experience. All are enthusiastic about the Lexus products and rightfully so. I shopped at other dealerships and none could compare to the friendly knowledgeable staff at Lexus. I test drove several vehicles before making my final decision. I never felt pressured and the staff was very patient with me while I went through the decision making process. More

They make a great first impression for the dealership. We worked with Jaymie Stahl on the purchase of our car and had a really good experience. Jaymie was so pleasant and did not pressure us to make a decision. When a car we were considering was loaned out, Jaymie and Victor did their best to get the car back in for us. Jaymie even brought the car that we were buying inside to protect it from hail! Colleen did a great job with the finance end and was able to get us a credit for a warranty purchase that we had made. Jenessa spent a lot of time with us explaining the workings of the car and even offered to come to our house if the garage door opener wouldn't work. We then brought the car back in for Simonizing and had such good care from Rodney. It was so nice to be provided with a loaner car for the day without having to request one. Even though the car we bought was pre-owned and not brand new, we received great treatment from everyone throughout the purchase. And, of course, all of the refreshments in the waiting area are an extra nice touch! Since the purchase, we have received several follow-up calls to make sure that we were happy with the service. This is our first Lexus purchase, and we are not used to such pampering from a dealership. Very nice! More

Spent all week working out a deal on a car with Tom Wombacher of Lexus of Peoria. We drove up from Springfield because of an ignition key issue due to a local ignition repair. Kyle was so helpful and has won me over as a new costumer. I have thought long and hard about what I want to mention in this review as I want to make my point as clear as possible. I am 55 years old, and I have never in my lifetime had such a great experience with in this review as I want to make my point as clear as possible. I am 55 years old, and I have never in my lifetime had such a great experience with service as I recently did with this Lexus dealer. I am from Springfield, IL, my Lexus is a 2001 RX300. The first time I ever had problems with my car was just last month. I was advised by someone at a car shop in Chatham that I should take it to a Lexus dealer or a dealer that works on Lexus here in Springfield to get it fixed, I choosed Springfield as I thought it would be more practical since it was closer - that was the worse and most costly mistake I have done. After paying thousands of dollars getting my car fixed at this place in Springfield, I had more issues with it, - more things were wrong as soon as I started my car to take it home. What a nightmare! I called Lexus in Peoria (which what I should have done in the first place) talked to Rodney Shoop and Kent Mariman. Lexus in Peoria arranged someone to pick up my car here in Springfield and left me with a 2013 RX350 to drive while they looked at my car, and fixed it within a timely matter. People, if you have a Lexus and need work done on it, CALL LEXUS IN PEORIA before you even think about attempting to have it worked on in Springfield. I'd like to thank Rodney Shoop and Kent Mariman for listening to my frantic phone call, Casey and Rodney for working on my car, Vanessa Purnell for arranging to have my car picked up, Beth Franklin for calming me down during my panic attack, Rich for picking up my car, Max for delivering my car back to me, and especially RODNEY SHOOP for taking care of all my car issues and listening to me and keeping me informed the whole time my car was in Peoria. Trust is important and I trust these people to take good care of my car. So, to all you people who live in Springfield, Il that have a Lexus and don't want to take their car to Peoria because it will put miles on your car, ( I've heard this excuse from several) - GET OVER IT, my car has close to 100,000 miles on it and drives just as nice as the day I got it in 2001,- Thanks to Lexus in Peoria, and Rodney Shoop! My advice is to get your car fixed right in Peoria and don't waste your time and more importantly your money in Springfield, IL. More
