Auto-Show Turnaround It was almost a year ago I decided I needed to begin the shopping process of looking for a "new" used car. Even though my last 3 vehicles had been Ac It was almost a year ago I decided I needed to begin the shopping process of looking for a "new" used car. Even though my last 3 vehicles had been Acuras, I was concerned about all of the recent air-bag recalls and so wanted to see what else was out there. My last stop at the Peoria Spring Auto Show was at Lexus. I had never looked at, driven or even considered Lexus, believing they weren't in my budget. It was at that Lexus Auto Show Display area where we were approached by Zach Doebler, who asked us questions about our needs and suggested that we consider a pre-owned vehicle. After many test-drives, visits, and conversations, Zach found the perfect RX350 for us!; great mileage, exact color choice, my preferred wheels and Certified! He has been professional, knowledgeable, patient and thorough throughout our entire transaction with Lexus of Peoria. We have recommended Zach to friends and look forward to dealing with him in the future! More

Rodney is the man! I have betrayed my Lexus I have a 1998 Lexus Gs400 with approx. 94,000 original miles. It looked better than most new cars under the hood. I always kept it clean as possible, I have a 1998 Lexus Gs400 with approx. 94,000 original miles. It looked better than most new cars under the hood. I always kept it clean as possible, all the alloy parts shined like new and no rust either. I took it in for a basic routine timing belt replacement, and when I got home and popped the hood my heart literally sank to the ground. The engine bay area and motor was totally trashed. It looks as if they sublet the job to a backyard flunky mechanic. grease, black dust and strange spots splashed all over. Before when you looked at the engine bay, you would say "Wow! sweet, thats clean!" Not now, probably looks worse than one with 300,000 miles on it. I just cannot believe my eyes. I would think that when you work on a car it would at the very least be returned in the same condition as when it was brought in. It is so bad that I am afraid to even let them try and make it right. It was quite obvious that I was an owner that takes pride and care in his Lexus. The condition it is in now is plain unacceptable. This is my reason for a one star rating. The staff I worked with personally were fine, but the bottom line and the finished result turned out to be the worst thing I could have ever done to my car after 18yrs. I am at awe. If by some miracle it get rectified I will happily change this review. More
