After experiencing the hospitality and customer centered service of two other Lexus dealerships I was very disappointed with my experience at your dealership. I called ahead to make an appointment. When I g service of two other Lexus dealerships I was very disappointed with my experience at your dealership. I called ahead to make an appointment. When I got there the salesman I had arranged to meet was busy in a meeting, so I got someone who must have been a new recruit. I wasn’t even offered a cup of coffee unless I wanted to pay for one. The dealership seemed unfriendly. I felt none of the welcome and hospitality I had come to expect from Lexus. The orientation to my new car was perfunctory. I kept getting passed back and forth from desk to desk. It felt like no one was responsible for making me feel welcome or at home. Perhaps I have been spoiled by the smaller showrooms and service centers in Ft. Pierce and Akron-Canton. More

The refuse to respond or fix the problem. I had to file fraud case against them with the state and with Lexus Corporate. More
