I recently visited Lexus of Pembroke Pines to have my vehicle serviced. The day before my appointment, I received a text from a salesperson, Aaron Johnson, asking to meet. While I was there, I agreed to the meeting, which turned out to be a sales conversation. We reviewed some new vehicles, and I let Aaron know upfront that I wasn't in the market for a new car. I was happy with my current leased vehicle, which had about 12 months remaining on the lease. Aaron made an offer that was hard to pass up. Given that my lease was approaching its end and considering the broader economic and geopolitical uncertainty at the time, I decided to move forward with a new vehicle. Aaron was excellent throughout the process and went out of his way to meet my expectations. There were a few bumps after signing, though — some commitments made by the finance representative during paperwork weren't fulfilled until several weeks later. That said, the issues were eventually resolved, and my overall experience was positive. I'd recommend that Lexus of Pembroke Pines management work more closely with their financing team to ensure commitments made to customers are honored promptly. This would go a long way toward minimizing follow-up hassle and uncertainty for customers going forward. More
