I've worked with other dealerships from White Plains, NY to Winter Park, FL and in comparison, this dealership is different... in a good way. Communication is good but too good. When I first inquired about to Winter Park, FL and in comparison, this dealership is different... in a good way. Communication is good but too good. When I first inquired about an IS500, I quickly received a call, email and even a personalized video. I held off to do more research and shop around but they continued to keep in touch. After a few months, another IS500 became available and Kazi called me. I made the over 3 hour trip down from Central FL to test drive and purchase. Kazi is friendly and knowledgable about the product. When it came down to the numbers, Simon worked with me on my NX trade-in and got me to a number we were both happy with. Take your time to ask and understand what warranties/extras you are paying for! I arrived at 10am and got the keys to my vehicle at 3pm (an hour was needed to apply permaplate). I do wish I was given a walk-thru of the vehicle's buttons like other dealerships do before driving off but I was able to figure everything out on the fly. The dealership is buzzing with energy with multiple buildings and fast-walking/fast-talking people so it I could see it being overstimulating to some. In the end, I walked out a happy girl with my dream car. More
