We live in Tampa, but could not find the Lexus vehicle we wanted locally, so we ended up at Lexus of Pembroke Pines by chance...sorta. From our initial discussions with Luis, to working the details with Kazi, and finalizing the deal with Zulimar, we can't stress enough how easy the process was. Not being local wasn't a problem. We worked closely with Kazi and knew exactly where we were in the process. Kazi was very impressive, he was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He worked closely with the Finance Manage Zulimar and within one day, all the paperwork was completed and the car was readied for pic-up. Delivery was fantastic and after the tag transfer and insurance was completed, we were out the door. Although I didn't have the best experience as part of the purchase process of my vehicle, Rohan from Sales Management has gone above and beyond to listen to my concerns and do his best to rectify. At this point, I hadn't even had the car for a month, and surely I thought this was something that would be covered since it was obviously a defective part. The service department suggested outside factors had played a part and wanted to me to pay to have it replaced. I talked to Rohan and he listened to me and understood my frustration and was able to help me walk out a content customer as I was starting to feel doubts about my loyalty to Lexus of Pembroke Pines. I have driven a Lexus for all of my adult life and fortunately never had any issues any of my other cars and although I've had a few hiccups with this new car, Rohan has done an amazing job of making a loyal customer stay happy.
