Leased a UX200 for daughter and neglected to get insurance on tires (run flat). With less than 900 miles, I got a large nail in right rear tire. I brought it to Lexus of Palm Beach at 5 pm and expected to go home by Uber and pay $350 for new tire. Instead, I was out by 6 pm and the manager was kind enough to do a full replacement tire for $0. In a time where Customer Service is embarrassingly bad across most service industries, I was blown away. My next car will be a Lexus and I will purchase from this dealership. More
